Sport and recreation studies major prepares you for a range of graduate school and career options. The program will serve as an excellent foundation for students who have career or graduate school interests in such areas as Sports and Recreation Administration or Community Recreation.

My goal as a professor is to deliver content from a student-centered approach that creates individualized paths to success. The Sport and Recreation Studies program allows me to engage students in rigorous theoretical and philosophical discussions as well as practical hands-on experiential learning that helps prepare them for future employment in the field.
